Do you know friends and family who might enjoy having their own MailBugs? If so, tell them about MailBug — and collect $50 each time one of them becomes a new MailBug customer.
How much is the referral program worth?
Landel will provide a $50 account credit for current Landel customers for each new customer they refer to Landel who purchases a new MailBug device and establishes new email service. There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. Each referral that results in the purchase of a new MailBug email device and new email service will result in a referral credit of $50.
Does the new customer get a discount if I refer them?
Yes. Be sure to tell your friends and family you referred them. We want to provide you with the $50 account credit, but we can only do it if we know you referred the new customer. So tell them to tell us. As incentive to remember to tell us, tell them that they will get a $10 discount on the purchase of their own MailBug email devices, if they tell us about the referral from you. So if you refer them, and if they tell us you referred them, they save $10 and you earn $50.
How will the referral be paid?
Landel will add a $50 account credit to the referring customer’s email service account and will be applied against future invoices. For example, if a customer pays monthly, as the service renews each month the amount billed will be $0 until the credit is exhausted. If a customer pays annually, then the credit will reduce the annual bill by $50 when the email service renews.
What are the details?
Referred customers must purchase their MailBug devices and email service directly from Landel by way of the web store or telephone. MailBug devices purchased through retailers will not result in an account credit for the referring customer.
Only one referral applies to each new MailBug.
Referrals will be paid only to current Landel customers whose accounts are in good standing. If a customer terminates service with a credit balance that results from Referral Payment credits, the credits will be forfeited.
The referral will be paid when the new MailBug device is purchased by the new customer. Be sure to have the customer tell us at the time of their order that you were the referring party in order to claim your referral. If the order is by phone, tell them to let us know. If the order is done at the online store at mailbugstore.com, tell them to put your name in the special instructions box. Requests for referrals that are not made at the time of purchase may not be honored for accounting and administrative reasons. So please be sure to have your friends and family tell us about your referral at the time they place their order.
The purchaser and the referring customer cannot be the same person.
