MailBug™
Choose the MailBug that’s right for you
Our company’s mission is to make email and text communication available to everyone. Accordingly, MailBug offers multiple ways in which subscribers can utilize email and SMS text messaging, depending upon a subscriber’s needs, abilities, preferences, and availability of resources. These ways are:
- using the MailBug Classic standalone kiosk device,
- using the MailBug App on a Chromebook device,
- online, using MailBug webmail with a web browser,
- using MailBug service through your own mobile smartphone,
- or any combination of the above.
Each of these options has their advantages. The first two options use a physical device in order to make emailing more convenient and more accessible to users who need it or prefer it. The third option, webmail, is an accompanying online service available to all subscribers and accessible from any internet-connected web browser. And lastly, MailBug email service itself can be accessed directly from a mobile smartphone without requiring any other device.
Any combination of these methods can be used. Which method is best for a given user depends upon the user’s abilities, needs, preferences, and other factors. In this way MailBug email service is available to a wide range of users, which fits with our company’s mission, which is to make email communication available to everyone.
