MailBug Email Service
To get started with MailBug you will need to have a MailBug email account with Landel.

Payment is automatically billed to your credit card. Payment by check is also accepted. If you later decide that this service is not for you, then call or email us and we’ll cancel your account. If you’ve already paid us for service that you’re not going to use, let us know and we’ll close your account and refund you the difference.
When you sign up for MailBug email service and select your email address, you may choose from either of two domains: @mailbug.com, or @emailamerica.us.
You’ll also need a device for using your email service. There are two different devices offered (see them compared here), either MailBug Classic, or the MailBug App.
For MailBug Classic:
The MailBug Classic device allows you to send and receive email without a computer. You’ll need a standard telephone landline and a place to plug into an AC power outlet.
The price of the MailBug Classic email device is $89.95 plus shipping.
Call us and we’ll configure it before shipping it to you, so that all you have to do when you receive it is to plug it in and start using it.
Note: MailBug Classic sends and receives email by making short local calls to a nearby local access phone number. We have tens of thousands of local access numbers in cities and towns all across the US and Canada, so there’s a good likelihood that one of these numbers is a local call from your phone line. If you live in a location where no local access number is available, a toll-free 800 access number is also available.
For the MailBug App:
This approach uses a Chromebook device (manufactured 2016 or later) and the MailBug App, which can be downloaded on your Chromebook for free from the Google PlayStore. But you will need a MailBug Email account to use with it.
If you are not a MailBug subscriber, then you can try out the MailBug App with a 30-day free trial. Just download the MailBug App from the Google Playstore, and then contact MailBug Customer Support at the phone number below, and we’ll help you select an email address and password. It is entirely free to try. After the free trial is over and you see how easy MailBug is to use, we hope that you will become a regular MailBug email subscriber. There’s no obligation.
If you’re already a MailBug subscriber, then you’re already set up to give it a try. Just download the MailBug App to your Chromebook from the Google Playstore, enter your username and password, and begin emailing. Feel free to continue using your existing MailBug Classic device at the same time if you wish.
Fax/Print Price Chart (for MailBug Classic only)
As part of your MailBug email service, you can fax/print up to five pages each month free of charge. If you want to fax/print more pages each month beyond this, then there is an additional charge. Just contact our Customer Service and we can enable your account for a larger number of pages each month for a small additional fee.
Your MailBug email subscription includes the ability to fax/print up to 5 pages each month for free.
If you wish to fax/print additional pages, then there are higher limits available for a small additional fee, as shown in the following chart.
Fax/print an additional 5 pages/month — $1.00/month
Fax/print an additional 20 pages/month — $2.50/month
Fax/print an additional 40 pages/month — $5.00/month
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payment options are available.
